This is the most breathtaking venue you will find! My daughter was married here September 2021. We couldn't imagine having it anywhere else! They have taken each and every tiny detail into consideration to make this your DREAM wedding!! Christie assisted us with a great deal of patience and was always willing to listen and help in any way she could. AND she was quick to respond! They are so accommodating! They also allow you to have your engagement pictures at the venue and the background possibilities are endless and gorgeous!!! And guys.... wait until you see the groom's man cave! Every guy wants this place in his own home! You can pass the time playing pool or watching TV while waiting on your beautiful bride to get ready for your big day. The bride's dressing room is something out of a magazine! Absolutely jaw dropping! You will feel like a queen as the bridal party gathers in this big beautiful room to celebrate and get ready for your ceremony! There is also a honeymoon suite provided! This suite is like out of a fairytale... you will feel like your prince has whisked you away to a room in a castle! And at the end of day they provided an amazing staff to help us clean up. *FAMILY* It's all about FAMILY at the HOME PLACE! We celebrated our daughter's wedding at The Home Place. The Endsley family are the nicest people EVER! It was like a "Welcome Home" every time we met with them. On the day of the wedding it started to sprinkle right before the ceremony. My husband and Art jointly decided to have the MOST BEAUTIFUL ceremony .... in the rain! I couldn't image a more perfect day for our daughter and son-in-law!

I did hair for a wedding here. It was absolutely beautiful! And the bridal suite was very accommodating for hairstylist!

This venue is beautiful!! They are so helpful before during and after the wedding! Christie is there to answer every question, she allows you to come and see the venue as many times as you need. The staff help with parking, cleaning up, and transport those that need assistance. My wedding was so beautiful, thanks to these wonderful people!

As a wedding photographer I see a LOT of venues, but there is always something so special about The Home Place. The options for photography are pretty much limitless, the venue can achieve different aesthetics, and the space is organized and laid out in a way that makes the logistics of a wedding day easier (i.e. Parking, accommodations, etc.) However, if I had to name my ACTUAL favorite thing about The Home Place, it would be that it is a venue handled with care by a great family who in turn, treats their clients and other vendors like family. It is not always common to see the owner of the venue on the grounds helping to coordinate or just to make sure everyone is happy. It makes me feel like the vendors are more united and sets the appropriate tone for a special day. I would recommend them not only to my family and friends, but also to my clients. We loved the venue it was so beautiful. They were so helpful the day and even the day before. Christy was there anytime we needed her and answered any questions we had and got us anything we needed. They were very helpful when it came to where to put things, and we when we had a bump in the road, they made sure to walk us through it and help every step of the way. Christy made sure that the bride and groom were happy, and there family. We were so blessed to have such a great place for such a big day. We would highly recommend. ❤️

This place is Amazing. Went to look at it for an upcoming Wedding. They have Really thought of everything. Including an Amazing honeymoon suite and an in ground pool. The mens waiting Area even has a pool table... The venue is 4,000sf. Fits 250 people. We are now Booked for July 2022. Updates will come after.

Beautiful location with over a thousand acres that is well worth the hour drive from overland park. Owners are super nice and accommodating!

I cater weddings & this place is fantastic. One of the most gorgeous venues I've had the pleasure to work at. Large beautiful outdoor ceremony area and a great indoor location for food and dancing. Staff is pleasant and accommodating of any needs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a venue, but hurry because they're already booked almost through next year!

I would highly recommend The Home Place at Valley View. The entire facility was top notch and the owners are awesome. They were very accommodating...and just the nicest people to work with. The barn was amazing and the outdoor wedding venue made a �picture perfect� setting. The extra details that you find at The Home Place at Valley View make this venue stand out from the others. The Bridal suite and Grooms quarters were fantastic and made the bridal party feel special. The kitchen was spacious and the perfect size and set up for us to cater our nephew�s wedding. From the moment we walked into the barn and met Art and Christie, we knew this was the place for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The location and amenities are top notch and the Endsley's are AMAZING to work with. Their attention to detail of the entire venue is incredible and all of the facilities are beautifully done. The Endsley's made us feel like lifelong friends and made the whole process easy and enjoyable; always willing to answer questions and provide comfort to all involved. Besides saying this is by far the best venue in Kansas City, words simply cannot describe how great this place is! My wife and I got married at The Home Place on 9/7/19 and it was perfect. Art and Christie are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They do everything in their power to make this YOUR DAY. The way you want it and the with all the vendors you chose. Their venue is set up perfectly! A nice country scenic ceremony site, spacious and relaxing rehearsal dinner area by the pool, the groom suite is the perfect man cave to hang out and get ready in, the bridal suite is every brides/hair dresser/makeup artists dream, and the barn is absolutely amazing! This barn is designed perfectly to appeal to all rustic themed weddings but you can also tell how much thought they put into the design when thinking about vendors and how the flow would work. There is not one thing i would change about this venue and would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a country/rusting wedding! My wife and I visited at least 6 other barn venues in the KC area before seeing The Home Place and we immediately fell in love with it. We are so glad we choose this venue for our big day and so thankful for all the work these owners and their staff put in to making this an unforgettable memory.

We are incredibly grateful for The Home Place at Valley View. We had a wonderful experience and a very special wedding. Art & Christie and their staff made it extra special, as if we were part of their own family. The staff is personable, approachable & efficient and for that we are truly thankful. From the bridal suite, to groom suite, the reception barn, ceremony & honeymoon suite everything was phenomenal. Art and Christie have thought of all the details to make it a special day for not only us but our guests as well.

It was a chilly day so we were unsure about having the ceremony outdoors but Art and Christie reassured us and let us know they would be happy to do whatever we wanted. They calmed our nerves, helped our bridal party down the aisle & even shuttled our guests from their parking to the ceremony.
